Standard details that are consistently used through out your projects can be created in Revit from new details or converted from your office CAD details to Revit. We can store these in Revit template files to make it easier and quicker to grab for your documentation process.

What are the partnership options?
You could engage us for either

Fixed time and money - The scope will be well defined and agreed upon by both parties and a fixed fee will be set. Any changes to scope beyond what has been agreed upon will be charged additionally.

Hourly basis - The work can be fluid and you will be charged for the number of hours engaged at an agreed upon fee per hour basis.​
How do we get started on the partnership?
Following the initial connect, we will discuss your requirement further on a call or via email. We could sign a NDA before you share the files. After we get an idea of the project we will work with you to finalize on the scope, billing type, timeline, model responsibility and ownership; which is then signed off in a contract. Once we start work on the project, we will keep you / your team updated on the progress on a daily or weekly basis as agreed upon.

PROCESS
Will I (my team) still have control over the model and design?
Absolutely, you will be the owners of the model and design. We will partner with you to get your design translated to a BIM model and related documents. If the files are hosted on our server, you will be sent the models and drawing PDFs on a regular basis for review and clarifications. If the model resides on the BIM360 server, you will have access to the files at all times.
How do we collaborate on the project and/or work ?
Based on the model / document ownership and responsibility agreed upon, we could work on BIM 360 platform or we could work from our local server and transfer the files to you periodically. We will work with you to set up the best option, depending on project size, partnership type and timeline.
How are files shared / transferred ?
Depending on the size of the file and working method established, files can be transfer using the many online tool, including Email, Microsoft Cloud, WeTransfer, Dropbox and/or BIM 360. We can sign an NDA and assure you that we will not share project information with unauthorized personal.
OWNERSHIP & COLLABORATION
How is communication maintained through the process?
We understand that communication is vital to the success of a project. We will use different technologies available like Microsoft teams, video conferencing, regular phone calls, email, Bluebeam and Whatsapp. We will raise queries/ comments as PDFs and excel sheets to keep them clear and traceable. We will request you /your team to do the same. We will schedule regular feedback sessions to understand any difficulties you may be encountering in the process and address them proactively.
Will language be a problem ?
Language will not be an issue. We are good at reading and understanding drawings, documents and specifications in English. Having worked with global clients we have experience communicating and articulating our points to successfully deliver the projects.

How trained are the team members?
We are a small team of highly trained and passionate architects with many years of international experience. Working with us you are assured of detailed, accurate and great quality BIM models and documents at reasonable rates.

Do you understand US building codes and construction style?
Having worked for many years in the US and on projects in the US; we have a good understanding of the US building construction styles and techniques. We are good at architectural and interior detailing and understand and implement manufactures' specifications. We have a good understanding of the US codes and can work with you on the ADA, fire and plumbing code requirements for BIM models and permit drawings.
